School of leaders
This is an acompaniment and strengthening program for people with a leadership profile or with a leadership position.
Our program focuses on two big areas, one is the advise for the search or development of new leaders for a specific position within an organization; and the other area is a selective intervention program for people who already hold leadership positions and want to improve their skills and competencies for that role.

- The quantity of sessions for the program of search and development of a new leader will depend on the needs and requirements of the organization.
STRENGTHENING THE ROLE OF THE COACHING LEADER
